Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GamingZonee (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

GamingZonee is a free online chess game that allows users to:

Play chess against AI opponents at various difficulty levels
Play local two-player games on the same device
Create and join online multiplayer games via invite links
Track game statistics and progress

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

You agree NOT to:

Use automated systems or bots to play games
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service
Harass, abuse, or intimidate other players
Use cheats, exploits, or external assistance during games
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GamingZonee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

User Accounts & Data

GamingZonee does not require user accounts for basic gameplay. Game statistics are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to browser clearing, device changes, or technical issues.

For online multiplayer features, temporary session identifiers are created. These do not constitute a user account and no personal information is permanently stored on our servers beyond the duration of a game session.

Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

Third-party advertisements displayed on our Service are subject to the advertisers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these advertisers.
